I am 39 years old and although I have always been smart enough to not be a full blown church goer, I have always been negatively effected by religion. The guilt always ate away at me. That guilt lead to drinking, which created a false reality that made me even worse off. I just got the neotech manual and it hit me like a ton of bricks. You ever heard the phrase; “You know the truth when you see it”? That is how I felt!
I have stopped drinking which was an easy first step, when you are able to integrate the truth. My path has just begun as my self-esteem has already reached new highs.
